1/03/10 Earned the honor to be the #1 Agent in the office of over 130 agents.  Centurion Producer for 7 straight years and over 10 million Real Estate Sold. 

5/01/09 Short Sale Specialist with over 25+ Short Sale listings and sales.

12/31/08 Centurion Producer with over 10 million in Real Estate Sold for the year.

5/30/08- Moved office to Chino/Chino Hills area to better service my clients.   Specialize in REO sales and investment opportunities for my investment buyers.

12/26/07- I achieved Centurion status and was again #1 agent in the office with sales in both residential and commercial properties. 

10/31/07- Closed escrow on a $4.17 million dollar warehouse house.  I represented the seller and listed the warehouse for sale.  A contract was negotiated and property in escrow within 2 weeks.

02/25/07- We have achieved the Grand Centurion status and are now ranked #5 in the entire Century 21 Corporation for the West Coast Region. This status is achieved by generating 300 million dollars in Sales Volume or over 300 transactions in a single year. Thanks you all for your trust and your support.
